If you are sending us email from a govt. office or large firm,
your server may not allow us to return email to you.

be sure to check your spam folder. Some filters will put our email that we send you into spam folders due to the
business email address.
Step
2:
Schedule
your reservation with us on the phone or using email.
Download
rental application and contract
(Bottom of this page).
Fill out both forms, sign and calculate your deposit.
Make checks payable to "River Cabin Rentals",
or pay by Credit Card by selecting the Pay Now Credit Card Logo below.
We only need a deposit if arrival date is more than two weeks
away.
If
your reservation is made within two weeks of arrival, payment is due in full within 24 hours to hold and confirm your
reservation
Step 3:
Once
your forms and deposit are received we will
send you a
Confirmation/Receipt
in the mail or via email
and
update our internet site to reflect your confirmed
dates.
Your Confirmation will have directions, cabin address,
how to contact managers, a list of what to bring, and other important instructions.
Step 4:
Cabins must be paid for in FULL two weeks prior to arrival by sending your remaining amount
due. For the final payment we except only credit cards, money orders, or a personal check. Personal
checks must be sent early enough so it clears two weeks prior to your arrival.
Your deposit is forfeited and your reservation
is cancelled if your final payment is not received two weeks before arrival. When you send your final payment please
note which cabin and the dates you have it reserved for on your payment. We do not give you the lock box code for the
key until final payment is received. You must let us know you have made the final payment and request the lock box code
from us via phone or email.
Late arrivals are no problem-we will have a key waiting for you at anytime of
day or night!
Depending on availability, Last minute rentals are no problem, just download the forms, send us your payment
in full and you are ready to go.
Refund Policy/Cancellation
Your deposit
is refundable up to 30 days before arrival less $25 processing fee. Within 30 days of your arrival the deposit
is not refundable. Two weeks before arrival your final payment must be received. There are no refunds of
deposit or final payment two weeks prior to arrival.
