In order to hold your reservation a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due within 7 days of
making your reservations.
Payment in FULL is required two weeks prior to arrival.
The deposit
is not refundable within 30 days of your arrival date.
Your deposit is refundable
if you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. However, a $25 processing/administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. Last minute reservations are possible, just fax us the application and rental contract, Pay the total due using
a credit card on line, we will email the confirmation to you and have the key waiting when you arrive any time day or
night!
We make renting
simple because we want your vacation to be that way.
Between June 1st and Aug 15th priority is given to one week rentals when scheduling with Saturday Arrival
and Departure. During this time, rentals of less than four nights are considered depending on current scheduling and
your arrival and departure dates. Rentals of less than four nights are never a problem during this time period
if arriving within one week of making the reservation.
